Larry vs Harry STePS eBullitt e6100 Nexus5 Di2 - cargo bike / RACE

The only true cargo bike! In stock and available for immediate delivery.

The legendary Bullitt doesn't really need any introduction. Lighter, stiffer and more agile than many of its competitors. The stiff and durable 7005-T6 aluminum frame effortlessly transports small and large packages. The Bullitt is a decent car replacement, especially for a young family.

The STePS eBullitt is equipped with a powerful and long-lasting Shimano STePS mid-motor. The fine sensors in the bottom bracket ensure pleasant and powerful support. A Shimano Nexus 5-speed hub gear with electronic Di2 shifting is used to match the motor. This was specially developed for use in eBikes and can withstand the high torque. Here the gears are now changed electro-mechanically. Shimano's Pedelec drive switches by pressing the button: arrow up switches to a harder gear, arrow down switches to an easy one. Particularly interesting on a cargo bike: When you stop, the hub automatically switches to an easy gear to make starting off easier. All of this may seem like a superfluous gimmick to some, but on the one hand it keeps the handlebars tidy and your head clear even during a long delivery day.

By using a Shimano e6100 (250W / 60NM) bottom bracket motor, a low center of gravity is also achieved. The battery with a capacity of 418 Wh (36 volts, 11.6 AH) is also attached to the head tube of the Pedelec in a very convenient location and is fully charged in around four hours. The running time is up to 125km. The battery supplies the motor, of course, but also the circuitry and the lighting with energy. Good to know: Even if the battery is empty, there is still enough energy for around 1,500 switching operations.

TRP's Slate T4 brakes with 180mm discs ensure the appropriate deceleration of the E-Bullit, which rolls on Schwalbe Marathon eBike tires as standard, and the tapered head tube increases driving stability. The upright seating position behind the front lamp and rear light from Busch and Müller, which can be adjusted to a length of 100mm using Speedlifters, ensures great visibility on the Pedelec. The lighting also draws its power from the drive's battery, although the low power consumption of the lights will certainly only elicit a tired smile from the energy storage system.

There is space for a child seat in the loading area, which is even protected from wind and weather thanks to the canopy. At 30kg (fully equipped) it is one of the lightest series cargo bikes with electric drive. With a total length of 2450mm, it is compact enough to maneuver around any corner and store comfortably. With the large shop area of 720x470mm, it also offers enough space.

For the 2015 model series, the Bullitt was further developed and improved, so the frame was equipped with the new standard "tapered" head tube and a new fork was also developed for this. With the tapered fork (1 1/8 - 1.5"), the Bullitt gets more stability at the front, as the force distribution is improved by the wider cone support. The front end also has a new, flat bearing cap. This ensures more safety for passengers and enables larger and bulkier loads to be transported more easily.

The price includes the finished assembly of the Bullitt when you pick it up in our store.

Not your typical tale…
Format: Kindle
Great writing, rather mesmerizing in its way. The mixture of deep state conspiracy, a smattering of actual truth, and mythical freely pull you in. The artwork is a bit over the top at times; I see the intention behind this, but it harms rather than helps the story at some points. This abstract/high concept art crap could have seriously been dialed back and then better assisted the narrative. Not to say that this isn’t worth the read… I gave it 5 Stars because the tale itself is well told and very riveting.

What is going on?
Format: Kindle
I don't know what is going on in this, but I am fully invested. The art is crazy good and the story telling is good as well. I'm looking forward to the next volume and I hope it contains some answers for me. I pray that this is not drawn on for a long long time. I pray that this story has an actual and satisfying ending.

Great weird horror
Format: Kindle
The Department of Truth: The End of the World is the first trade volume of this series, collecting issues 1-5. I don’t want to get into spoilers, but I enjoyed seeing a world building element I was familiar with in fantasy be applied to conspiracy theories. I also loved the art. It’s really stunning! I almost want to buy a print edition in addition to my Kindle/ComiXology edition because it’s so beautiful. I found the plot and concept compelling and can’t wait to read volume 2.
